Meet the Team
Everyone at WILD believes in young families. We work together in teams, with our WILD families, to provide our services, tell our stories, and campaign for the best possible future for young parent families everywhere.
We deliver WILD's work, with a whole family approach, supporting WILD's vision for young parent families. We have three Families Teams, working in East, Mid and West Cornwall. Our Families Team members also have individual focused work and connect with others who work with families.
Families Team
Jo Alleyne
WILD Families Worker –
Creative Children’s Focus
Jo loves that at WILD she can be there with families for some of their ‘firsts’ – first swim, first words, or first walk on the beach. At weekends Jo can be found singing in her choir.
Charlie Cooper
WILD Families Worker –

Charlie likes to see children grow and develop, and loves messy play; the messier the better! At home, Charlie teaches dance, and has adventures with her two little boys.
Louise Cheetham
WILD Families Worker –

Lou was a young parent herself, and loves that she can make a difference for young parents and their children. In her spare time you’ll find Lou running; on trails, beaches…everywhere!
Rachel Rumsey
WILD Families Worker –

Beth Grigg
WILD Families Worker –

Beth loves getting to know WILD families and watching their bond and relationship blossom. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks with her family, visiting coffee shops and scrolling through Instagram
Jess Bennett

Louise Harris
WILD Families Worker –
Children’s Team
Louise likes creating fun nature walks with our WILD children. When she’s not at work, Louise crochets cute little creatures, and enjoys reading slightly-scary medieval fantasy books!
Sarah Morrish
WILD Families Worker –

Roz Hurley
WILD Families Worker –
Children’s Team
Roz feels it's an honour to be able to give young families the safe space she wishes she had when she was a young parent. Roz keeps busy at home with her two children, and enjoys recharging with a wild swim.

Sadie Robinson

Geri Hiscott

Clare Alvarez-Howard
WILD Families Worker –
Building Futures
Clare is proud that, at WILD, no one is judged for their past or for things they are going through. At home Clare is happiest in the kitchen feeding everyone, or growing plants in her garden.
Kim Lyall
WILD Families Worker –
Welcome Focus
Kim believes in the rights of young parent families. Kim loves to hear our WILD choir singing their hearts out, and at home she enjoys rowing, and cuddles with her grandchildren.
Helen Prudames
WILD Families Worker –
Welcome Focus
Helen enjoys meeting our new WILD families, then seeing them grow in confidence. When she’s not at work, Helen likes to avoid the housework, and instead invent new cocktails!
We develop our vision for the future, work out how we are going to achieve it, and make sure that we are always learning about how to do our best for young parent families. We connect with others, locally and nationally, who can help us make change happen.
